We gratefully receive donations of furniture to raise funds for training purposes. The items we appreciate most are pre-war made from solid timber. We also accept other donations including chinaware and collectables.
Donations of timber are very welcome and we are very happy to collect any old timber. Please see our website www.chissockwoodsave.co.uk for more information.
We are unfortunately unable to collect tanalised (treated) timber as it contains toxins, cannot be burnt and is unsuitable for furniture making or for making briquettes. We are also unable to accept beds, sofas and electrical items.
