Chissock
Woodcraft is a furniture renovation business, which also sells
reconditioned furniture, fittings and other collectable items.
We are a Social Enterprise, now based
in the grounds of Yeldall Manor drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre,
and we aim to help ex-residents of the centre to gain skills in
woodworking and restoration, providing a stepping-stone into future
employment and a drug and alcohol free life.

The business is led by Steve Hedger,
himself a former resident of the centre, who first set up Chissock
Woodcraft in 2000. The business is run on Christian principles and
all profits are re-invested in the business or donated to like-minded
ministries.
